You can forward a resume with cover letter, references, 8x11 head shot, 8x11 body shot and 3 lyrical writing samples to http://www.myspace.com/despitedespair.
Also, I'm sure a tabulation of scene points along with a history of how they were earned would be helpful.
god remember when we wrote out a complete list of how to earn scene points. It ruled.
