FOR THOSE WHO FEAR TO ROAD TRIP: STEP FOUR

We just watched a homeless man set up an honest-to-god tent on the median of a busy downtown street. Go Baltimore.

    that doesn't sound "homeless" to me. it sounds like he lives in a tent.
