DV8 GOES DOWN IN FLAMES

When DV8 burned to the ground a few months back, it left Salt Lake with a giant charred hole beside West Temple and a decade of memories.

Memories of Bad Brains, Suicidal Tendencies, Hatebreed, American Nightmare, Cave In, Snapcase, Coalesce, DRI, Buried Alive, Murphy's Law, Bane, No Innocent Victim, Sick of it All, Nashville Pussy (Well, maybe just Trevor, Brook & Casey on that one), Rollins Band, Dimmu Borgir, Bleeding Through, Six Feet Under, Saves the Day, Face to Face, Get Up Kids, Sunny Day Real Estate, Jets to Brazil, Skeiff D' Bargg, Cherem, Aftermath, Pushing Up Daisies, Tamerlane, Up River and on and on and on.

In honor of its legacy, leave a comment about your favorite DV8 show or memory below.

id have to say my top two favorite dv8 memories would be the d.r.i. fiasco or possibly the first up in arms show, those doods put on a serious show.

1) DRI
2) 36 Crazy Assholes opening for Aftermath then Brook calling them 36 Crazy Assholes
3) Get Over It
4) Skeiff covering Inside Out and no one knowing it until Foekus burst into the room knocking everyone all over the place

1) When Bill and Chris showed up waaaaaay later than HC time, forcing Cherem to miss our set.

2) Suicidal Tendencies

3) When Six Feet Under wouldn't get out of their bus because it was Easter and there weren't enough people to pay them their $2500.

4) The Sick of it All protest show.

5) The first Rhythm & Rhymes show.

I know this is an extremely old post but I just stumbled upon it and couldn't help but throw my 2 cents in.

I forgot about the dri show but I would also have to say rag men was amazing.
