No Spiritual Surrender was the debut 7" (later converted to a six-track CD) from Southern California's Inside Out. You may have heard of them because it's Zach De La Rocha's (Rage Against the Machine) other band. It was released on Revelation Records in 1990. If you don't have it already, do yourself a favor and get it.
