Any AoF post is a good post, they are a favorite of mine and I am happy to know someone else appreciates these guys. Trivia: after AoF, Vic Bondi starts Alloy with Pete Hines on drums, they kick him out, he goes onto to play on the Handsome record and early Cub Country stuff (I think) with Jeremy Chatelain. See, everything awesome can be connected to Salt Lake.

Figured you'd respond to this. Our conversation about Northwestern and all those great Chicago bands you won't get to see if you move there had me looking up live videos when I got home and led to this post.

Since we are on the subject, check out the Big Black videos on youtube, The live videos for L Dopa and Bad Penny are pretty rad. Check out Steve and Santiago's guitar straps, despite being the nerdiest punk band ever created, they had style.
