From Colin:
here is some news…
COA will have new merch up @
Missionmerch.com
ShopShogun.com
in the next 2 weeks.
COA / POW split 7 inch will be out in the first couple weeks of January
COA “Pain Machines” a collection. CD Format only. will be out late January
COA has alot of tracks at this point that are only available in the vinyl format. While we think this is cool, it alienates alot of listeners. Can’t jam COA in the car on the way to see COA? Can’t swell up with weights at the gym while listening to COA? Too stoned to get up and flip the record to side B? Want to buy music at the gig, but get stuck with some whack clothing? Too young to know what records are? We have also not had a CD in stores in almost 4 years, and we all know how big the record section is at your local “record” store. While the avid COA listener will recognize all these songs, this record is designed to broaden our fan base and connect with the kid in the army jacket, red laces in workbooks, and a magic marker white t shirt, after all everyone in the band has been this kid at some point.
This CD will be a collection of the Snitch tracks, our song from the 7 inch comp “Our City Is Burning” on RVR, the Pressure, Product of Waste, & Palehorse splits (with the tracks labeled correctly) minus the cover songs & our set recorded live at fallen friends last year.
We have 4 or 5 new tunes written for an LP that will see the light of day hopefully for next summer.
we have gigs coming up
NOV 2 with Palehorse in CT
NOV 22 in Brockton at Fallen Friends
DEC 6 @ Tufts University
We are also going to play western MASS as Shoot to Kill’s CD Release party.
There is also an Albany gig in the works.
If you live in New England and want to book COA, we are looking to do weekends not weekdays, we are looking to get between 175-200 bucks, and if you are lucky we will let POW cram in our van (if you are very lucky)
Hit me up @ COAbooking@Gmail.com
Lastly, if you ordered something off COAKILLS.com and didn’t receive anything, hit me up at the address too and we will see what works out.
