While the South Carolina police department refuses to confirm it, reports coming from a South Carolina television station are saying that 8 people involved with the incident have been arrested and charged. Seven are charged with drug possession and one with distribution. One of the seven charged with possession is the owner of the pictured bong, which he tried to sell on eBay for $100,000.
