It's 9:37 a.m. Mike, Jake, Bill and I are rising. We've got to get to Bedford Avenue, meet David, charge up on a delicious breakfast with a couple pots of coffee at Bliss, catch the train out to JFK Airport, pick up our rental car and navigate our way out of New York City before we can kick off this road trip proper. It's three hours to Baltimore's Club Sonar where Integrity, Ringworm, Gehenna and Pulling Teeth will be playing at 7 p.m. -- Starkweather sadly canceled. Think we'll make it?
