OJ Simpson (shown here with his lawyer, Simon Cowell from American Idol, I think) was sentenced yesterday for breaking into a hotel in Las Vegas. Simpson was trying to steal items that were taken from him because he owes the family of Ron Goldman (you know, his ex-wife's boyfriend that he maybe killed like 15 years ago?) over thirty million dollars.
The judge handed Simpson "a complex series of consecutive and concurrent sentences that even many attorneys watching the case were confused as to how much time Simpson got." He could be in prison for 33 years and he may be eligible for parole in 9.
Either way, the Juice is going away for a while.
