They are just doing what they always do. Give all the Jazz fans hope right before the playoffs and then go on and make a 1st or 2nd round exit.

Jazz are the best thing ever, they're going to win everything. D-Will, Paul Millsap and Ronnie Brewer are taking them to win us a championship and there will be riots in the streets. Booya-Bang.
